All dogs safe today, although can't speak for the cats as they are gone from the site.

Next PTS day is Thursday with dogs and cats due.

Due are the Kelpie, Husky and 6 month old cross breed pup - details on first page.

The Husky seemed a nice dog, he wasn't making a lot of noise and was interacting appropriately with the very big dog in the pen next to him. Nor did he show any signs of trying to escape from the outside run, even though the fences are only about five feet high. He seemed to be pretty friendly. He's very handsome as well. It's not a breed I know much about, but he does appear a nice dog.

Yes the husky was a gorgeous boy and a nice relaxed man who enjoyed some attention. No apparent issues with him and the huge mastiff/wolfie boy next door or dogs on the other side in the outside runs. However due to their size, they were in runs on their own.

Him and the big boofa boy were stunning relaxed and affectionate dogs.....

Please everyone tell everyone you know about the husky if you have any contacts......

I honestly can't remember seeing the kelpie boy so can't comment on him but the 6 month xb pup was a sweet boy also who was out with others and having a good romp.

3 dogs looking for a save for Thursday! If you would like further information about any of them please call the rangers on 02 6932 9051 between 1-4:15 pm.

Sorting out transport for the weekend.....

IMP 879 the "Husky" Looks more like a Malamute than anything else.

I'm sorry I am full and not looking at taking in anymore fosters for awhile.
I'm not sure if their is anyone that looks after Mallies.

DUE 11TH FEBRUARY

858 kelpie Male Due: 11.02.10 very energetic boy who gets on well with most. NEEDS RESCUE - this boy has got on with all that he has been put with

877 XB male Due: 11.02.10 happy boy who is approx 6-9months old NEEDS RESCUE - I saw this boy getting along famously with others in the run with him on Saturday

879 Husky Male Due: 11.02.10 NEEDS RESCUE - nice calm affectionate boy who didn't have any issues with the huge boy next to him in outdoor runs or mid size dogs beside him, seemed to be contect just hanging about

394, 395 DSH males Due: 11.02.10 sweet affectionate funny little guys. approx 12weeks NEEDS RESCUE

There are likely many more cats and kittens that can go this weekend since I saw a good 15 or so others last weekend (would have stayed 7 days by this weekend) that also NEED RESCUE

Transport is available this weekend if anyone can help any........

Don't forget to keep your eyes open for the new dogs - so far I've seen a very cute black and white scruffer, a beagle and another med-large size dog and what looks like a staffy on rescue rex and there's likely more to go up - some of which are also likely for release this weekend with transport (saves having to board/find temp care for them when they are due next week!)

Please contact pound rangers, matty and myself if you can help any ASAP

Does that mean you have your name on them? If so I will mark them as safe.

I have just put more dogs and cats up in the awaiting details. Pics page 1
