Thanks Belgrael,

Thank you SO much.

Any options for the other guys anyone?

Hope there is good news for some others......

If the rescue group who took the lab girl in shocking condition would like a donation towards her treatment please pm me so I know who you are and details for payment. Cheers.

Meg is coming here. Someone in Melbourne has offered to pay the transport fees so she should arrive on Thursday.

Great thanks also to Katrina who has worked hard for Meg since late last night & today with an endless number of phone calls & dynamics.

Katrina has organised & paid for Meg's release from the pound, paid for boarding & has organised & paid for transport for Meg to Melbourne.

Katrina will also be there to meet Meg when she arrives in Melbourne.

A huge Thank you from all @ Hawkesbury smile.gif

Heart felt & sincere thanks for all of those who have assisted the Hawkesbury dogs today heart.gif

Staff volunteers & all of us here are so very grateful.

Most are safe & well after a huge effort. It is incredible to witness & to be a part of angel2.gif

Sandy the lovely Husky blend girl has been held over along with Cash the sweet Cattle/JRT mix boy. Staff are making a special plea for both dogs as they have so much to offer.

OT; & no replies please embarrass.gif ,

I planned to have a break from the thread last week & the week before laugh.gif though with such a load of dogs I could not bear to not be involved.

I have been waiting for things to settle but know there is never a good time, there will always be another bunch of needies....

I will still be photogrphing & geting notes for the needies each week & Vic, Gillbear & Niki will do an awesome job running the thread, the Hawkesbury dogs are very lucky smile.gif

Nic

Yes, they are all safe Rozzie after a massive effort from rescue curtsey.gif angel2.gif angel2.gif angel2.gif cheer.gif

Cash & Sandy are not safe, they have been held over simply because they are such great dogs.

They are in urgent need.

A heartfelt thank you from me too to everyone who helped to save so many today.
Tyrone, the red ACD, is being flown to Brisbane on Friday into foster care. One of my foster carers has recruited her mother into the cause biggrin.gif cheer.gif angel2.gif Can anyone tell me what happened to the blue boy thought to be deaf?

The blue boy is safe. I did a transport for him to the kennels at Londonderry today but don't know where is is going from there. He's a lovely boy.

And Pippin?

Pippin is here with me thumbsup1.gif He will be off to KKDD in a few days. thumbsup1.gif

Pippin survived having a bath eek1.gif but has spent most of his day under a bush in the yard. There is a fair bit of spunk hiding in him though, so I expect him to come around quickly. He will come out for a quick pat and snuggle which is great though. I am letting him just take in his new surroundings at his own pace without sooking over him.

Great save KKDD, he will make someone a brilliant companion I am sure. I will try for some pics tomorrow, I didnt want to point the big scary clicking machine (aka the camera) at him today.

Just wanted to say, the lady's name is Patrina, not Katrina. wink.gif She has been just great and I can't wait to meet Meg tomorrow. If all goes well, she may even adopt Meg herself when she moves to QLD in a few weeks time. smile.gif

ETA: Nic, you work so hard and deserve a break. I hope you get a chance to unwind a bit, although knowing you, the dogs will never be far from your thoughts. Take care!
