Im definately having Show withdrawals ! Im having a self enforce break at the moment... which is really hard  . I keep telling myself there is no pressure to show at the moment (Phoenix has her Grand and the boys were already titled last year) so just relax and enjoy the weekends... Very hard to do, I keep looking at all the shows in the journal !! But... Phoenix is due in season soon and I have a big trip from Brisbane to Cowra NSW for the mating coming up  , and possibly moving in Feb, so not only difficult to choose which shows I might be able to attend, but need the extra cash I will have by not showing

And Im actually enjoying being able to go shopping or movies on the weekend, and sleeping in... Although, ive noticed the shopping and movies is eating into my extra cash...

That's why you need more then one dog before you start breeding!!

10 weeks post puppies maybe a bit early, still have the baggy undercariage visible

 A girl can dream can't she :o :)

I'm another one having serious "no show" withdrawals! Haven't shown for several weeks now but have just entered our first show for 2009. Cant wait!

I had Sway back in the ring at 5 weeks post babies.
She tucked up very nice, you would never have known :)

I will be starting Fern off on her ET training when the pups are 6 weeks old so expect she will be fit for showing by 10 weeks.

Well, admittedly she is a coated breed, but I guess that sometimes that can be more difficult (coat damage etc).....my friend's American Cocker bitch Sooty (Gr Ch Azel Taken No Chances) won a group in Victoria on Saturday and her puppies are only 13 weeks old.

:) Thank you Sway I started getting worried there.
She is a generally fit bitch so Im hoping she will be ready to go
Probablly does make a difference with longhair breeds....another reason I will stick with the short

Yep. My Poppy is one of her children. And one of Poppy's brothers was Baby In Show on Friday, with their sister Baby In Group on Sunday. They were born on the 4th October.

I too get withdrawals if I don't show for a couple of weeks.
When the shows were at Ascot Vale I would drop in & get my fix that way.
Now that we are at Bulla I might have to get my fix some other way. :(
