  1. You will require an export pedigree from the NZKC. Ring Dogs Vic and hopefully they will walk you through it. Great. Yes i have all of the documentation. Thanks for the reply.
  2. Hi all, Hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have a French Bulldog pup who is registered with the NZKC, and wanted to transfer him over to the ANKC. Ive read around, and I'm guessing i need to do this through Dogs Victoria (this is where i live)? Anything else i should know or be aware of? Thanks!
  3. Just following up on this. Everything went well, expectations exceeded, and am the new proud parent of a little Frenchy. I am in love!
  4. Hi everyone, Thanks to everyone who responded to my last question about purchasing a puppy from NZ. Its all going ahead, and im very excited. My next question relates to vaccinations, and flying the pup from NZ to Melbourne. At this stage, he is ready to fly, and has one vaccination. He will be due for a second vaccination in two weeks. The breeder and pet transport have no problems with sending him with just the one vaccination. So just to be sure, I thought I would ask in here too. I plan on giving my vet a call to double check. The last thing I want is the pup getting sick because he only has the one vaccination. Or does this not make a different? Thanks all.
  5. Hi all, Hoping some of you can lend some advice. I am buying a puppy from a registered breeder (found through Dogzonline) who is located in New Zealand. We have been in regular contact, via phone and email. Just wondering if there is anything I should be asking for or aware of in this situation? Given it is quite a sum of money, and the fact that I have never met this breeder in real life, I am starting to feel a little bit nervous! Thanks.
