That dog had no vest or anything on to identify it as a service dog .....I think I would have probably not found the flight comfortable either

That is just awful I am so sorry She needs a new vet , and some good support, poor thing . That poor little dog only has a chance at recovering mentally with wise professional help . What a terrible ordeal .

She definitely needs a health check at your vets , especially as you are new to dogs. Best to find out and get professional information
