  1. Can anyone tell me please if EP has a range for small dogs like Eukanuba does? They prefer the smaller sized kibble. Thanks

    Scruff

RIP Scruff. Hugs to you Flava.
  3. Same problem here with my 2 little ones. I am guessing they just don't like the wet on their paws & if we have had a bit of rain & the grass is getting long they don't like it touching their belly.
  4. My 7.5yr old Pom x Shih Tzu does this. He goes around & around in circles scratching the lounge cushion & then lays down. I have no idea why, I figure it is just him.
  5. What a sweetie (the dog I mean). Thanks for the info.
  6. Elmo n Em can you tell me what ratio you used? Lexi had ear probs, vet gave her drops & tablets cleared up great then 2 days after the tabs were finished it was back. I have been wiping her ears out with diluted vinegar & that seems to be working okay too.
  7. PJ that is terrible. I know of one street not to far from me that has had several GSD's poisoned over time. It is so sad.
  8. PJ I am so sorry. Hope Jyra doesn't suffer to much with missing Pussycat.
  9. I know with Lexi (Amstaff) she was a little angel till about 6mths then she started chewing things. I wonder if it is like a rebellious teenage stage?
  10. Thanks for the advice Ruralpug. Lexi is an Amstaff, sorry for the confusion. The GSD in my avatar is my childhood dog. Yep she is fine in all other aspects apart from going off the liver & Sardines. She did have a yeast infection in her ears, she is almost finished the ear drops & antibiotics for that but her appetite had changed before that. A couple of times I did serve Sardines first thing in the morning with nothing else & by lunchtime she still hadn't eaten. I was thinking of ditching the ACV as I had her on it from when she first came home to prevent any skin or ear problems & she has had both so I thinking that it isn't going to work for her. That is why I bought the Cod Liver Oil last week to try that instead. The 2 little dogs have no worries with the ACV so I shall keep giving it to them.
  11. She was desexed at 6mths. So definately not coming into season. Not sure about the hormone thing. What happens to hormones after desexing?
  12. Yep totally off Sardines & now that you mention liver she has gone off that too. I usually give it once a week or once a fortnite & the last 2 times I gave it she wouldn't touch it. I gave her a heart the other day she left it for a while then came back for it. Just seems to like her chicken mince at the moment as well as frames & wings. She is also on Advance biscuits & it fine still with those. Has me beat.
  13. I had been advised that 1tsp a week may help Lexi's skin problems, so I wanted to give it a try. I mixed 1/2tsp with an egg yesterday & mixed it up, she scoffed it down. So maybe 1tsp was to much.
  14. Since we first brought Lexi home I have had her on Apple Cider Vinegar as I read that it was good for dogs. I mix it in with her meat. Recently she went off it & would not eat any food with it added around the same time she also went off Sardines. Today I bought Cod Liver Oil to try with her as she wasn't taking the ACV as I had heard that the Oil was good. Nope she won't touch the meat. I put 1 tsp in about 300g chicken mince. The other 2 dogs came along later & scoffed it down & never hesitated. Any ideas on how I can get her to take the Vinegar &/or the Oil? Thanks Beth
  15. Duck & Camel have never heard of this as dog food before. Do many people feed these?
  16. I add it to my dogs food. The fish & mince meals though not bics as though won't eat the bics with it added.
  17. Oh I love getting freebies in the mail. Yep I am easily amused.
  18. Shepmax I am so sorry. I hope you and your family are doing okay. May Zana RIP.
  19. Lexi makes noises in her sleep kinda half barks & she quiet often moves her legs as if she is running too. I imagine she is playing with other dogs in her dreams.
  20. I am so sorry. Hope you are doing okay.
  21. Thanks. I am going to add that site to my favourites list.
