I usually only go for a walk around my block whites rd mortlake rd breton st ect, so thats why you dont see me around much.

But I will prob be spending a bit of time at Harris st with sniff now I would think (I really want tog et up to grade 3 with him LOL)

LOL only took so long cose boof is so bloody big hahahaha.

Would do it at home but dont have a laundry sink big enough and the bath is just too low for this poor old back so it looks like dog wash to me LOL.

I might take sniff next time he would love it I wash him in the laundry tub at home and then give him a blow wave while he sits on the washing machine hahahaha pretty HI-TECH at my house.

Poor Boofie was petrified hubby growled lol so I just cuddled the very wet big dope and I can still smell dog and shampoo all over me LOL I thinnk I got as wet as he did!!!!!!

LOL you spend alot of time bathing your guys hahahaha.

We took boof for his 2nd ever bath at the doggie wash on carumut rd well town side of there.

He wasn't too keen on it LOL but it didnt help that hubby was being a bit rough and boof was scared crapless.

Its his second bath ever his last one he fitted into the laundry tub hahahahaha sure as hell wouldnt fit in there now.

But he smells yummy now

better get to bed I will get my post no tomorrow I hope

This is my first time in grade1 for many years. But there is a assesment that has to be passed just dont know what it is, and I know quite a few dont pass on the first or second go. So it cant be too easy

And we still havent done a drop yet (I really want the drop cose sniff is great at it LOL got to work on what your good at LOL)

I think to pass grade 1 you only really need a good heel on loose lead. And good handler correction (its not just about the dog its also about the handler)

And a basic stay. I think its more about the dogs focus and the handlers control than really much else. But having said that if you have both happening you can usually teach your dog most things.

We will be doing a retrieve this week (I am not worried about that LOL)

So I think the classes are about alike as chalk and cheese really. horses for courses and all that.

Pandii I forgot that too LOL you prob have to take a fav toy or ball ect to retrieve

Happy to help. As for the going up to grade 2 I asked today what the criteria was and was told loose lead walking corner corretion from owner, and she said I was doing all well, so will just have to wait and see, but I am keeping my fingers crossed I want sniff to have done a 4 week session of grade 2 then I will bring boof back to grade 1.LOL I need a couple more hands.

See you tomorow I will prob only have an hour also.

No Drop!!!! the one thing my mutt is great at LOL forgot to say a leave with food at front heal stay was just a basic stay directly in front almost on toes of dog. And you did the tunnel work this week We did a come with a step back after recall then another step (hard to explain) If I get there tomorrow I will show you. In fact if I come I will bring sniff and I will work him!!!!

We did curved tunnel not sure how much tunnel work you guys did tho.

Yay Munchin your dogs are gorgeous at last we know what you have

Pandii didnt miss much lots of same as last week with a bit of a sit stay thrown in, and some more tunnel work.

Well you did miss that dog have another go at one of the sheps (from what I saw) so that dog is still out of control LOL

I will try to get there for a play date with one or both of the boys just not sure on the time as I have school pick up at 3, so might be cutting it a bit tight

I will be happy to impart any thing that I learn about flyball LOL hope you dont expect too much LOL

One of the trainers also told me to perhaps give WDTS a letter showing an interest in flyball and asking for permission to use there equipment. She said the only major problem will be that a member of WDTS will have to be present to get equipment out of and back into shed. But she said definatly worth the time and the letter.

So I will see how we (sniff really) goes next week and take it from there.I mentioned that others who dont belong to club where interested but that didnt seem to be a problem. But after that she did say to me that I must have trained my dog else where as she hadn't seen me before and sniffy is doing so great LOL I sure got a kick out of that. (I havent trained any where else LOL)

Tanya what sort of dogs does Munchin have we are getting desperate to find out LOL.

Guys I waited and waited and NO ONE turned up LOL

Only joking I was there for quite a while afterwards but only because I was talking to trainers about grade 2 and MAYBE flyball

I will be going to training early next week and one of the trainers is setting up the flyball for me and sniff to have a go at This trainer used to have a dog that did flyball but dog has retired and he is happy to help me out some times I love my dog training school

Tenties (Linda) hope you are feeling ok we are thinking of you and boof sends a big wet kiss your way

tlc I am happy to have a play date next week after training just let me know and anyone else interested is welcome.

Training finishes at about 12 to 12.15 I only take the little one with me for that. I am happy to hang around if anyone wants have a play date???????
