Something we did for a friend of ours: We all made up an A4 page, of our daily life, mainly photos etc, like a scrapbook page.. We then sent it to the one person who fowarded it on to our friend in need.. She said it made her feel loved that she wasnt alone. Gave her something to look at and smile. (She put the pages up on the wall for ages)

Would there be a market for "Dog First Aid Kits"?? Something I have been thinking about doing....

Awesome video :) Whoever told you not to take small dogs on it was silly.. My Maui does at least 10kms every single day...

The curent harness I have for Maui has become really stiucky and smelly, even with a wash, so its time ot invest in a new one. Does anyone have one that they would recomend???

We have been away for a week and got home yesterday, today Maui was out the front playing with his best mate from next door, aparantly they got a little rough with each other. Hubby sent me this photo. Silly thing, he is still aparantly running around like mad. Husband cleaned it out and will continue to salt water rinse it. Its not as bad as it looks aparantly though. Silly dogs...

We gave Maui a bath on Sunday so he would be a bit cleaner for when we are away...... I jinxed it by saying he iwll get dirty on his run/walk yesterday.... Sure enough, around 11:30 I get the following photo sent to my phone.. hehhe, so he got another bath yesterday :) My cousin-in-law is coming over tonight and staying for the rest of the time, I know he will be well looked after. I must admit it will be nice to get away from this cold snap!!

Oh I know he will be fine, I have lots of new toys and treats for my cousin-in-law to give him, he will think its wonderful!!.. Plus he gets to go next door to play every day for a couple of hours. He will be in doggy heaven. Thankfully I will be too busy dancing and catching up with friends. But yeah, im just being a sook :)

We are heading to Perth on Wednesday for a week of Swing Dancing and socialising. (Yay!!!). Our usual dogsitters (the in laws) are away Grey-Nomading... So we have my husbands cousin coming to look after the house and Maui. I trust her 100% with both. Every day our neighbor will be popping over and taking Maui to his place (so he can play with his dog, his best mate).. So he wont be alone every day when shes at work. But Im going to miss the little booger, I know he will be fine.. I am still gona miss him .

Now I want one!!!! But its waaaay outa my price range.

Ive been doing pole for about 3 years now and love it :) It really is such a great way to get fit. My arm and core strength has improved so much. I actually have a couple of shirts now that I cant wear because my biceps got too big!!! :) Its hard work but so much fun :)

Maui did this all the time, but has now grown out of it.. Unless his "uncle" Alex comes over. Mind you, Alex just LOVES our dog and gets just as excited as Maui does. When Maui hears his motorbike coming down the street his whole body starts to wag!
