  1. Put yours up Steph! I'm sure they are just as good as mine. I don't have much of a zoom on my lens so was restricted to close shots which means I didn't get many group shots unfortunately. I didn't put any of mine up with peoples in them in case they don't want their photos on the internets for everyone to see. I got a super duper one of James with Dolly though, well I like it anyway :)
  2. Oops! Ha ha, well it looked lovely to the untrained eye. They certainly are a good pair.
  3. Nope! None of them are related, they are all Bull Arab type crosses though.
  4. Hey in one of them the ball is on the ground not in his mouth! As I was going through the photos, I was trying to make sure I posted at least one of every dog, when I got to the end of my prelim selection (there may have been 500+ photos taken ) there was none of doggie Sarah. I was like what's that about? Then I realised it's because she is with/behind Collie in every single photo! I had to do a tight crop on one to get one of her running by herself! I thought about how you said you got her for Collie as he is going blind and it is so lovely that she will go everywhere with him. Every time he ran off after his ball there she is running with him, waits for him to get the ball, then runs back with him, it is so sweet, she really is looking after him. Every photo of doggie Amber also has Rosie stitched to her side too .
  5. Some photos from today's Kepala meet, please feel free to add any of your own photos. Apologies if it's too many I tend to go overboard
  6. Wow congrats Weibritty and Clay you must be stoked! That's a fantastic achievement! Can't he just have a little nibble? He's been such a good boy after all.
  7. Ahhhh Bronson  How I've missed your antics in the 52 weeks thread. this one R&B I'm wishing I could decorate my two whilst they slept it would be a lot easier for me! This one had me in stitches FM, that is one awesome outfit! Thank you! I think they are too but I'm biased :)
  8. Yes tlc still my only lens  I do looove bokeh :) It's f2.8, I would really love something wider, I would have to learn to be more accurate though, but for the straight looking down shots I would love f1.8-2 somewhere there so that just the head is sharp and the whole body is bokehry. The nifty fifty is 1.8 I think and very cheap but I just have so many other expenses at the moment that I really can't justify it . Still dreaming of the 70-200...

  13. Sometime we tell children (not very young ones) that we pulled them out and swapped them over I know we shouldn't but it's funny. Everywhere we go we are followed by whispers of "oh look its got different coloured eyes... look so does the other one"

  15. Oh and happy birthday Clay! One already! I feel like I've been there watching him grow up through all the lovely photos.
  16. Thanks Weibritty :) I was taking one photo per calendar week in the actual week though so there is no catching up for me Thanks for the encouragement though, you too hankdog.... I've taken a photo of how well my dogs pose for me... I call this one "give me the stinky fish treat already" Give me the stinky fish treat already... by Gertrude139, on Flickr
  17. hankdog my doggies are never eager to pose! unlike your gorgeous sunflower! I have lost my mojo now that I have my dogs and my camera back. My motivation is in hibernation also... i appear to be out of practise, all I've taken since I've had the camera back is a whole lot of blurry. Although I am wondering if the camera might have had some traveling 'bumps' that OH is failing to mention... might be time for a service. I might have a go again next year.
  18. Great photos guys! Unfortunately I have failed my 52 weeks I had a very sudden move to VIC whereby I was in a different state to my dogs and my camera for a few weeks so I couldn't complete it, I'm really annoyed as I hadn't missed a week yet
  19. I'm happy to combine with anyone in Melbourne, my anticipatory cart is at about $150 I think :)
