Perfect, I love it. Thanks heaps

Now I was just wondering how you did it. I have photoshop and really must learn how to do things like this. What is it called and I will google a tutorial. I would also like to know how to do the black and white background, I think that would look neat

Well I can tell you how I did it , but I have Paintshop Pro.

Copy and pasted origional picture

Colourized blue tones copy and paste onto the origional.

Removed the layer ofer Mya

added 70pxl boarder

selected this boarder, gradient mauve fill

Beveled edge

added another 70px boarder

selected and goldfill

Beveled photoframe

merged layers

addeted text

Beveled then added shadow

does this sound a little easier?

open original pic and make a duplicate layer

on the duplicate layer play with the colour balance till you get the background colour you are happy with.

use your eraser tool to reveal the original subjuect underneath. then add the frames and text and then just merge all layers and save

Ok photoshop for dummies, I have created a layer, used the eraser tool but how do you merge the layers so you can see the dogs head? And not just the background with the rubbed out head
