Oh, so sweet.

I have to go through photobucket to put photos on DOL.  Such a business, because whenever the do so called upgrades the process is harder and longer than before.

Nearly 9 years ago ... hard to believe really.  This is Tirra who was Pap x Chi.

The 100th Papillon Specialty Show run by the NSW Pap Club is coming up!

I am tempted to go to see some Pappies.

They may think I'm a weirdo though, lol.

I was so excited today. I went to the Sydney Easter Show and it was Papillon day which I always missed other years. Apparently there were about 40 paps. The puppy baby judging was really cute. There also some paps in the  flyball and agility demonstrations. Yay!

My little fella started doing this himself with no training.

Of course it always works as an attention grabber.

Oh cute. They are so clever!

My little Tonka is getting old. He will be 13 this year. And I went to the Easter Show today and again got the day the paps were there...it was so exciting

I am getting my first pap boy on the 30th!
His name is Remy and he will be 10 weeks old when I pick him up!
I was wondering when their ears usually go up!

We are not sure if he will be a Phalene or not :)

These photos is him now at 8 weeks!
Absolutely in love with him already!!

I can’t remember with our Pap as I was a little girl when he was a baby puppy. Remy is adorable and I look forward to seeing photos of him as he grows up, whether he is a beautiful moth or butterfly. :)

LFF, are you going to consider getting another Pap? (That sounds weird, but you know what I mean...). Reason I ask is that our 11 year old was really starting to slow down, but now 10 months in, he’s got a new lease of life and is finally, finally playing with the younger one.

Best thing we ever did.

Hello,

I have 2 lovely toy poodles (female spayed), and am considering adding a papillon pup to the mix. I don't have a lot of experience with the breed, but have liked the dogs I have met. My dogs are my world, live indoors, and I do low-level agility and obedience.

Is there anyone here that can provide any information on pros and cons of the breed ? I am specifically interested in the reality of how much they shed (as have been very spoilt with only poodles over the past decade).

Thank you !!
