jasabe Posted November 14, 2004 Share Posted November 14, 2004 Ok, I dont know if this will help or not. My young girl recently had two large hotspots. The second came within hours of the first. I was Horrified. I had survived in North Queensland for 11 years without Hot Spots (with Siberians). I checked my Natural remedies book. Same old answer. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR!!!! I soaked a cotton ball with neat ACV and drizzled/dabbed it on. I also added the ACV to her drinking water. All clear within a few days. I did NOT shave her fur back as it worked so quickly. InspectorRex Posted November 14, 2004 Share Posted November 14, 2004 Oh Poor lablover, I think it is time the Vet's do more testing etc, eg skin scrapings and maybe the Dermatologist for a visit.
