Does anyone know if you need a referral for a Canine Opthalmologist?

At this time I am not even going to pretend I know what an Opthamologist is.... But usually you can call up the receptionists of a specialists place and ask if they will see you without a referral...

Here i am finally home eating yummy cheese and crackers with a bottle of cider in my hand thumbsup1.gifthumbsup1.gif

If ever I wanted to bottle a night - it would be tonight. 6 entries, 6 passes, 2 titles, its now Moo UDX and Soggy CDX, 2 kids in the winner of winner runoffs and Moo wins winner of winner. I can't ask for more than that.

Off to celebrate by myself wink.gifwink.gifwink.gif

some lovely work by lots of dogs, Rubystar has a brag, so does Mirawee and Bedazzled - well done to all........

Winner of winners was Selina with Abbey, Cider, Moo and Smudge.

Yep Mouse was in his first CCD trial and while it wasn't pretty he definitely has potential for heelwork to music wink.gif

CCD was won by Ciders half sister, Zippa, Strauss was 3rd.

:cheer: Yay for Zipper and 3rd in CCD is pretty good for "just a stud dog" ;)

Onto UD now for Cider hey Ptolomy

Well done to everyone tonight!! Especially Ptolomy, some awesome work :worship:

My brag is Millie is now Milliemoo CDX! :D

Never thought I'd ever get one CDX titled dog, let alone two. I know it isn't that much of a big deal but for my first obedience dogs who I never thought I'd get anywhere with, it means a lot to me :) Now I must stretch that goal and aim for UD!! Woohoo!!

 Yay well done everyone I bet your all so proud

Nell is really good,... well 'good' anyhow  She is respondng well to training and structure but still has a strop now and again, (she isnt a JRT bitch for nothing ;) ) but nothing that a quick time out doesnt sort out!

No really she is much more settled now, she is enrolled for puppy agility next term too. I took her up there last week but just carried her, her little tail never stopeed wagging for 20 minutes

This week she can actually walk around on the ground

Well it takes me a while to get home so longer to post brags!

Varda much prefers night time trials and now has her CCD title and was 2nd :D

I ended up handling Abbey since J couldn't make it down and somehow we managed to not only pass and earn her CD title but we WON CD! Not bad given that I do agility with her not obedience :p Stuffed up in the WoW since 1) I had no idea we has won since I hadn't looked at scores so it was a bit if a rush and 2) I had no idea what I was doing!

I still think agility is much less stressful than obedience too

I think all the DOLers there tonight had something to brag about :) And biggest congratulation to Ptolomy!

Well done again guys it was a night i will always remember.

I know what you mean Katie, i am so proud of Mason ( first dog i have trained) half the time i have no idea what im doing and its a matter of try this and see if it works :) 13 years ago when i got my ridgebacks i knew that i wanted to compete in dog sports but unfortunatly it did not happen, with Mason it has and just the fact that i got him in the ring was a huge achievement for me....
