I'm on holiday over here in 'sometimes' sunny England and just snuck onto my cousins PC to check to see if there was any good news from the waiting room, and there is! :cheer: There is no way I have time to read all the posts since I left, but I am very very pleased to hear that you are feeling somewhat better and are well on the road to recovery Jed.

A lovely tribute to Meg......heartfelt dedication Jed, a love that knew no boundaries on ways to love you in this life. May her journey over the bridge, knowing how loved she was be a comfort as one day we will all meet again. ♥

Jed as you write these lovely and heart wrenching tributes to your beautiful babies we are all here metaphorically holding your hand (because if it was literally that would make it really hard to type...).

I hope your night was restful and healing.

Just popped in and can only echo FranCQs words. Meg is just beautiful and will always be with you, we may only ever have them on loan but they leave us with beautiful memories always. Still have something in my eye but still lighting candles. Keep up all that healing stuff and thanks for sharing.

I've been unable to log in for a vew days to check on how you're going Jed, and what a wonderful surprise to find you posting when I finally got to look this morning. While trying to catch up I noticed that, like me, there's a few trying to find the video to watch. I managed to find it and have posted the direct link below for anyone who's not had the pleasure of watching.

It's so lovely to see you up and about and looking as though you're well on the way to recovery. If you're feeling pretty special with all the support and attention you've been getting, so you should, because you are.

Keep on getting just a little better every day. :cheer:

I've been offline for a bit and have found it hard to keep up in here til now... Now Jed has returned and is proving (yet again) why she is so loved and revered here on DOL.

Jed, I cannot fathom the pain you are in and the healing (inside and out) that is being faced.

Thank you for sharing your tributes to your angel dogs. So very, very touching. Your Rudyard Kipling poem had the tears rolling down my cheeks.

Welcome back Jed!!!!! Your courage and strength is second to none! You are a true inspiration fine lady!

Morning Jed,

Hope you had a good nights sleep.

Still thinking of you often and all you babies now over the bridge.

I am sure your babies you saved are still waiting patiently for you to give them big big kisses and hugs.

You still amaze me.

RSPCA told me my dogs were wonderfully cared for and so well socialised

I retract some of the things I said about them :o

They were very very helpful. They screwed up their faces at Dazi (pony) till Cait siad she was over 30, (she is 35)

Night all

Ive always liked this saying, its seems a fitting reflection.

Strength of character means the ability to overcome resentment against others, to hide hurt feelings, and to forgive quickly.”

That's a wonderful quote Chewy! I might have to save that somewhere......

Jed, a beautiful tribute to Meg, may she forever run free and always be with you in spirit.

Hope today brings more healing to you. :)

good bye dear Meg. You were a beautiful girl and my heart aches at your passing as with the passing of your dear friends. Your mother's love will keep you near always and you will live on in your children.

I hope you are feeling a little stronger today Jed. Still thinking of you daily.

One of the first things that Michael Beatty, from the RSPCA Qld, said publicly on TV, was that you are a highly respected breeder.

One look at your dogs & they were proof!

The RSPCA Qld knows that if all puppies were bred by people like you....& in the way you do....their work-load would shrink! And hundreds of dogs would not have short, painful & sad lives.

I'm so glad you've come thro' a hard battle. Great to hear your 'voice' again.

Dear Jed,

"When you are sorrowful look again in your heart,

and you shall see that in truth you are weeping for that which has been your delight."

--- Kahlil Gibran

Sleep soundly.

' .... weeping for that which has been your delight '. Got me right in the heart that one :cheer:

morning all :laugh::laugh:

Four-Feet

I have done mostly what most men do,

And pushed it out of my mind;

But I cant forget, if I wanted to,

Four-Feet trotting behind.

Day after day, the whole day through

Wherever my road inclined

Four-Feet said, I am coming with you!

And trotted along behind.

Now I must go by some other round,

Which I shall never find

Somewhere that does not carry the sound

Of Four-Feet trotting behind.

Rudyard Kipling

'Scuse me ... allergies .....

Thinking of you daily Jed :cheer:
