thanks everyone. after speaking to the vet, i'm feeling a lot better about it. so far no signs of side effects from the chemo, which is good :) and after the surgery, she's back to her normal self. hoping it stays this way for a while :thanks:

Carebear, wishing you every success for your gorgeous girl to go into remission and have a long happy life.

My dear staffy girl has just been diagnosed with osteosarcoma. She lost a leg last year due to an injury a year previous, muscle tissue died and leg had to come off. A lump came up and it was removed and biopsied and I've just heard the dreadful news - even the vets were surprised by the diagnosis. Due to go back to the vet to get her stitches out this week and I know the struggle you are facing. They think we should let her go, but she stills seems happy.....
