Oh Jesus its a Poodle x Schnauzer :

Thanks for the confirmation Burkes, I was beginning to think I'd dreamt it all about -oodles. Wish I had ...

Anyone got a good link to send her? Like this.... but better. I can tweet it to her.

Maybe she should adopt one of the puppy farm bitches just rescued after 6 years living in a putrid puppy farm to breed this "designer" cross.

How does she have the time to dedicate to a dog? ... I know she'll have plenty once she gets kicked out of the lodge but until that point I just don't think its fair for the poor dog. She's already proven herself to be a moronic idiot buying an 'oodle' so obviously she hasn't researched the commitment that a dog is!!

Well, I bought a poodle cross 3.5 years ago. I had no idea it came from a puppy farm. By your statement above I'm a moronic idiot. Charming. My dogs are better socialised, better exercised and better behaved than most other dogs I know.

I don't agree with her buying a poodle x, but how can you say that she hasn't researched the commitment a dog takes? Her partner does not work in a traditional full-time job, maybe he is doing the caring. Barack Obama has a much more stressful job and he has a dog. I've seen pics of it lying in the oval office while groups come to visit. It stays calmly and seems very well adjusted.

If people want to highlight the evils of puppy farming, better stick to the facts and stop the name calling.

Yes but being informed would you still get a poodle cross? The idea would be to inform her before she has the dog so she can make an educated choice after knowing where her puppy is coming from.
