Lol does he have to have some kind of title to enter these shows ??

Can you just enter a dog in any show you want or does it have to be specific to a dogs experience?? im always nervious when i enter in shows, we have only been in one show before a few months ago, and i have been whimping out ever since.

Well done everyone!

Our new little rising star is our first homebred girl, an Irish Terrier by the name of "Rozebridge First Offence". She was the only pup from the litter, and born via caesarean several days early. She needed supp feeding for some time, so she is a bit special to us. :)

Her first shows were last weekend, and she went best baby in group under terrier specialist who commented on how promising Rosie is. :) She was then one of two babies run for baby in show. We are very excited with how she is maturing and over the moon with her first win. :)

Just another quick brag. My 11 month old golden Faith, Dykinta Secrets Safron had a fantastic day yesterday. She took out a 25 point BOB, followed up with a puppy in group and puppy in show!! She's now the No 1 DOL Rising star golden in Aust!!! and No. 9 Rising star gundog in NSW!!

Well done everyone! Lots of big wins for the DOL rising stars :)

Sway - I don't think you could be unhappy with that critique at all  Congratulations :) Will he be at show on either Sat or Mon next weekend since I will be showing in Victoria rather than WA?

You can enter those shows, they are All Breeds Championship shows.

Each show is run by a club, they all have different names.

Looking forward to seeing more winning results there KG - lovely baby :)

I have a small brag if I may :)

Our swedish boy Osku is being campaigned by his breeder while we wait for him to be old enough to come out :) Last weekend was his second show, at a breed speciality in Sweden under specialist Finnish judge Jukka Kuusisto, (Kennel Lecibsinin) .

Little Osku (5 months old) was first best puppy male 4-6 months old, then best puppy male, beating the best puppy from 6-9 months old age group. He then took out BOB -puppy overall (his sister Nalle.Maija was BOS-puppy). He then went on to win BIS-1 puppy, beating the BOB Swedish Lapphund puppy for the in show award.

The Judge's critique (translated!) was: Very good proportions, Beautyful head. Good back and body. Good angulations . Lovely tail. Very good gait/Movements.
