Guest Arcane Posted February 21, 2012 Share Posted February 21, 2012 A 16-YEAR-OLD boy has been charged for allegedly setting three dogs on fire before dismembering them. ACT Police officers searched a vacant grassy area near the boy's home in Northside, Canberra, yesterday and found dog remains. Police also searched the boy's home.
