I walk my dog around the block twice a day and it really annoys me to have to dodge poo piles from other people walking their dogs. It is just rude, ignorant and lazy. Unfortunately i've never got anyone in the act. I doubt i'd do what these people do in this video, but I'd definitely let them know how disgusting and ignorant they are.
