Didi's 8 months old tomorrow! Not much has changed (except getting a bit of a teenage naughty streak) but otherwise still my lovely little girl.

At the oval doing some training

Speaking of training we've moved up to class 2 at obedience though Didi seems a bit unsure about her ribbon

Our house gets really cold at night so you either have to stick a jumper on her or she'll climb on top of you for warmth. That's my unlucky brother she is squishing.

Her actual coat is a bit big but still looks pretty cute. Been seeing some funny dogs in coats the past few weeks.

I think Didi needs to be promoted to the boot now much to her horror. Her at 3 months vs. 8 months.

Oh I know :o but how can you say no to that face! Mum's softened up and even lets her get on her bed now so as long as I have an old sheet protecting my bed she doesn't mind.

Did is a stunner . .

But that poor dog in the blue skin tight outfit. What are the owners thinking of. We don't exactly live in the article.

I know! It was like 17 degrees and it has a thickish oodle coat... definitely not in need of a snow suit. I think Didi would refuse to leave the house dressed like that.

Didi's living the life! :)

I wonder whether the blue suit might be to protect from contact allergies?

Yeah she really is at the moment, all 4 of us are off work/uni so she's been enjoying all the attention.

That could definitely be a possibility raineth although her other dog was also wearing one too.

Ha ha ha .... I am always checking for auto correct :(. I fact I just had to change "slaw" back to "always". LOL.

Surely the dog would have been uncomfortable though?

Puppy is 9 months old today, she celebrated the occasion by eating lots of duck poop at the oval and is now having all of her kisses rejected, gross puppy.

This photo of her running towards me would probably be cuter if she wasn't also eating poop.

Our Saturday morning ritual of Didi coming with us to the (human) chiropractor and then going for a stroll along Port Melbourne beach. I was just about to throw the ball, hence crazy face.

And this was taken a few weeks ago but has kind of become my favourite picture of Didi :)

She is so gorgeous! Looks like the coat fits well now too :) It's amazing the difference a month can make!

I don't think I'd seen your 8 month photos - that blue skin suit is hilarious!!

LOL, I thought the coat fitted a bit better this month.

What a glorious dog she is, Terri S. You must be very happy.

Thanks guys! Yeah I'm quite happy with how the coat turned out now, glad I didn't bother with modifying it. Haven't seen the skin suit dogs around lately, must've been too humiliated from last time to show their faces

I have to say DDD,I am pretty chuffed with her :D she's everything I thought having a dog would be like and then some!

I normally only update once a month but I took this photo today and though it was cute :)

Didi and her pals Winston (rotti x mastiff) and Shiloh the Berner were playing around when they all stopped and held the ball in between them... I wonder what secret dog business they discussing?

post-51158-0-69055700-1405750265_thumb.jpg

These three get along so nicely, sharing the ball and content to just plod along together when they got tired of playing. They all went with us to get a drink and I think their little 'big dog' posse might have terrified a few mothers nearby, until they realised that all three of them are just big softies slobbering over one another at the water bowl.

Winston is moving to Ballarat soon which is sad because he and Didi are so well suited to each other and play so well, he's the sweetest dog!
