steppenwolfstaffords Posted June 2, 2014 Share Posted June 2, 2014 Hi i know a lot of people recommend going to Adelaide Plains or Noahs Crossing (and i would nomrally use them but a fair drive) so was wondering if there is there any ADELAIDE vets they would recommend for breeding needs .. prog testing AI ultrasounds etc ? My local vet charges $126 for a prog vs $45 at Noah's and it's 8 hours faster results too. Mjosa Posted June 3, 2014 Share Posted June 3, 2014 I use Noah Crossing for things such as collecting and storing, or sending overseas, semen, also for surgical insemination of frozen semen, I know that it is a long journey but for the above mentioned procedures it is worth the trip, his prog testing is cheaper than most vets, but for this I go to my own vet for prog testing AI's and c sections, feel much happier with their service for these procedures, do not want to stress the dogs with such a long journey. I live in the Southern area in the hills. For what I do make the journey to Lewiston, storage etc I know of no vet in suburban Adelaide that does this. Most of his desk staff are ridiculous and they really irritate the heck outta me...
