Supplements For A 9 Year Old Golden

My first born is turning 9! I am wondering what to give him as a supplement for joints etc

He hasn't changed much since the day he came home with me (just a bit batty these days) but I am looking for something that will be a good boost supplement for his joints in case he gets creaky soon!

I would be doing Omega oils with vitamin E added. Also adding half to a one teaspoon of turmeric daily to meal.

or you can go with one of the additives like "Young at heart"

Nelsson gets Glucosamine, Green Lipped Mussel, Fish Oil (Omega 3,6,9 & Vit E) and Augustine Approved Super Boost at the moment but he's a really old fart. :laugh:

I would just start on the Fish Oils.
