Is This Normal Or Do I Have Puppy Prodigies?

I had normal pups and a cleft palate boy - he was running around way earlier, I think about 2.5 weeks, because he was a lot smaller and lighter than the fat slugs in his litter laugh.gif

I would guess the lighter build of your bubs would let them get up and running around earlier.

My Aussies didn't open their eyes until 2 weeks (give or take) whereas I've been told of Border Collies that open their eyes at 6 days!!! eek1.gif

I have 2 week old Fauve babies here and a couple of them are starting to get up on their legs in a small way and I fully expect by the weekend, when they are 2 1/2 weeks old, that they will be up and toddling. The stages pass so quickly and it surprises me EVERY time how quickly they are up and at 'em. I find once eyes open they just fly ahead.

Wait wait wait... NEKO HAS PUPPIES??? Where the hell have I been?

You didn't know!!

You must have been under a rock!!

I just went and got myself updated on Nekos thread! I've been doing exams and then moved house during her pregnancy and didn't realise how much it had affected my reading of DOL eek1.gif

They are the most gorgeous puppies!! But I swear she was only just one herself!
