about 34 mins in - he talks about puppy fear period - the science is bad on this (tiny sample size, appalling setup of experiment, no control on variables) - ie no evidence for that.  But lots of good evidence for the importance of "socialisation" from the second the puppies are born - that gentle handling and good experiences with humans is very good for puppies future relationships with humans.
