  2. OUch is all I can say......mine have teeth eek1.gif

Doubling weight is great to hear LOTG

Hahaha toothy little bastards :D I have a while before I have to worry about that.

we had a really unsettled night last night. My eyes are hanging out of my head!

10 Bubbas arrived overnight, last girl via c-section. All up 8 boys and 2 girls! Mum and bubs doing well, big babies, humans buggered, as is mum I think.

    Oh wow!!! so many!!!

Good luck with them all :D

LOTG - how are the new babies going?

They are going well, gaining weight but not as much as I'd like. Can't even remember how to post photos on here it's been so long!.

  4. Oh wow GoldenWei... that's a lot of puppies!!

We had two live boys born yesterday and a dead puppy :(

Having a 'wonder why I do this' day yesterday.

 LOTG, I'm with you all the way. When the boys own eyes and personalities, it'll make the down days seem less important. THEN you'll know why you do what you do!

    :kissbetter:

No doubt true... I've been stuck in the bedroom most of the day today as the minute I get up Wicked jumps up and gets unsettled... if I'm here she will rest and feed... bizarre little velcro dog..

Hopefully she gets it together tomorrow because I have to go out and she'll be left with hubby

  5. Have a litter of goldens due 1st May, she looks like she's carrying a football team though so I am expecting her to go a few days early

This is her at 7 weeks (not the best pic)

    post-13051-0-95795900-1461022154_thumb.jpg

She's bigger than she was last time, and she had 9!

    Wheee :D :D Exciting!!

My bitch dropped to 37.4 today and I freaked... LOL! Still not ready to go.. but I've got 2 more days left in the office to get through before I'm ready for her to pop!

Oh and an hour 15 minute drive on Saturday to drop off a poodle on Saturday.. I've told her she can't go until next Wednesday night. Hopefully she obliges.

  6. Is the Pope a Catholic?

Of course I will, although I need another dog like I need a hole in the head right now.

The sensible thing would be to keep the only girl, but I will leave my options open and make a decision at 7 1/2 weeks of age.

So far, and yes it has been less than 24 hours, Nina has been the perfect mum

How are the babies going? Still going strong?

I'm superstitious now, try not to predict what to keep because last time my keeper went in the trash pile... lol... and by trash pile I mean to a fabulous pet home where she is utterly adored.

I can't wait to see what we get, x-ray is next Tuesday.. and my only keeper will be kept by someone else *cough*

  7. Babies arrived right on schedule - the ultrasound said 2 puppies - so we were pleased when 4 arrived, 3 boys and 1 girls and then after everything had settled down a little surprise packet made his entrance into the world, making it a total of 5 puppies 4 boys and 1 girl. happydance2.gif

    Congratulations :D :D Very exciting.

  8. Good luck with your babies.

We are on countdown here - 6 days to go......

    Oooh exciting :D

God I'm so paranoid... got to rebuild my whelping kit almost from scratch... at least my next litter is planned in about 12 months, so that should be a bit easier
