  1. Go Go Gidget, I just came in here to have a peek and I am so so sorry to read of your loss, how devestating, it brought tears to my eyes. My thoughts are with you at this heartbreaking time. ;) :):rofl:

    Thanks Kaffy. My girl was related to your 2 girls that you have in whelp at the moment. Her grandfather was Soloshel Rockabilly.

  2. Thank you to everyone for your thoughts on the recent loss of my beautiful darling Paddy May and her glorious babies. I have owned many dogs over the years but there has never been a dog that I have been so much in love with. No matter what destruction she did in the backyard or how she misbehaved in the ring all she had to do was look at me with those beautiful brown eyes and all was forgotten. She had such a lovely nature and even to the end when she was being poked and prodded she never flinched once.

    It was such a traumatic week last week and I am still in shock over the loss as it was totally unexpected.

    RIP my Honey B and your babies. Till we meet again I will live off the wonderful memories that you left us with.

    XXX Love Mum XXX :thumbsup::laugh::)

  4. Been to the vet. He's not too concerned either as everything else all looks good, possible just a minor vaginal infection so has ABs to go on with.

    Our bitch had it with both attempts at a mating and we were very lucky this time and she is 5 wks 5 days and HUGE. We learnt from her first mating when she had a real smelly discharge that ended up black brown colour and lasted for about a week even though she was on antibiotics. This time we cleaned her out with a course of Baytril, then Amoyl now she is living on Noraclav and will for the remainder of the pregnancy. She is getting swabbed every couple of weeks just to see what is going on as on both matings the day after she gets inseminated she has a real smelly discharge. The vet says it is just the end of her cycle but I could of cried when I seen/smelt it the second time. But all is good and she is getting wrapped in cotton wool.

    Who did you use on your matings? We are expecting a litter to Nightquest Poseidon on the 30th April :shrug:

  5. Shane does all my pets, he is a personal friend and is fantastic at what he does

    We have been going there for many years and they do all of our animals, our most recent was our beloved goat, Shirley. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
