  1. we have taken Henry to the dog o mat but we just used the diy hydrobath there service is pretty good very small area to wash in though....reasonably priced didnt cost more than $50 from memory.....was just thinking about going there soon but that offer is no good to me it is only for small to medium dogs :(

  2. I just bought 3 +3 and the postage was still only $3.00 that makes them $5.50 each, pretty cheap. I had some tags (some old stock) engraved and the engraving cost me more than these tags are.

I know!?! i bought 4 and it was still only $3 postage....wait until they arrive.....you are going to love them!!!

  3. I have been looking at new dog tags as one dog has recently broken her's. I found these on ebay too but wonder of the quality. What are they like? Would you think it'll last on 2 huskies collars who rough play etc?

they look and feel super sturdy one side is polished the other side is matt type finish they are as thick as a 20cent piece and you can see from the first pic in this thread the shiny side and at $10 for 2 tags and $3 postage they are nicer and thicker than the red dingo tags i have for my two OESD's who practice WWE daily...... so yes i think they would withstand 2 Huskies =)

  4. I could also have had I am microchipped on the other side but decided against it.

I'm curious about this - why wouldn't you want it identified that your dog is microchipped? Genuine question - I'm going to get a couple of these tags for Mandela as well and wondering if there was a reason why anyone/stranger should not be made aware that the dog is chipped

But lovely tags - I really like them.

well i bought 4 tags and 2 of these were gifts to go to the US and those pups are not chipped so i just thought it was less confusing to do it that way....we have already purchased ours an extra set with i am microchipped on them because i like to have a spare set put away.

  5. Oh I like these! I actually had a look the other day for some dog tags online and only found really tacky ones!

these have a matt finish on one side and are shiny like first pic on the other side and my daughter wants me to order her one with her boyfriends name so she can wear it for a necklace on a leather stringy thing!?! lol!!

  6. I recently bought the most amazing dog tags for Henry and Lizzie off eBay!!! they took 1 1/2 weeks to arrive and for 2 dog tags engraved on both sides with attachment ring and $3 postage they cost me a grand total $13 yup you read that correctly $13 all the way from France

  7. People I work with (yes, vets and vet nurses) continually call Bernese Mountain Dogs, Burmese Mountain Dogs.

I've tried to exlain that the cat is a Burmese, the dog is a BERNESE Mountain Dog. :banghead:

Is very embarrassing when they say it in front of clients.

 thats a mighty big cat.....oops i mean dog *picturing a Bernese using a little catlitter box* :D

  8. I really like Old English Sheepdogs with tails, they have a whimsical, almost fantasy-like look about them and their lovely tail curling up adds to that magical look.

:D I have had OESD with no tail and currently have 2 with tails ..... and i would agree with GayleK on the tail

  9. we bought a 2010 ve sportwagon 6 months ago, it can comfortably fit 2 oesd in full coat in the back section.....we don't the barrier up because they wear doggy seatbelts anchored to the floor, also good to know it has curtain airbags in the boot section....sorry don't have any pics for you to see

OOOoooo airbags in the wagon/boot?!?! thats awesome!!! What badge do you have? Omega, International, SV6 etc ??

OH says if you get the sv6 with a sportpack it would bethe same as what we have..... ours doesn't have any actual badges on the car

here are a couple of pics but none with the puppers
