COSTS

Dogs / Puppies $350/$310 includes desexing, vaccination, heartworm test & treat, internal and external parasite treatment, vet check, microchipping, lifetime registration

Cats / Kittens $240 includes desexing, vaccination, internal parasite treatment, microchipping, lifetime registration

Rescue Microchip $21, Vaccination $10 (note all rescues must hold relevant 16D exemption if based in NSW)

EUTHANASIA DAYS

Tuesday's and Thursdays for dogs, more frequent for cats/kitties. Variations can and do occur, so if you are interested in an animal please act before it is too late to secure it's future.

ALL SAVES MUST BE MADE WITH RENBURY STAFF BEFORE 3:00PM ON KILL DAY

PROCESS FOR RESCUE SAVES

NSW Rescues | All requests for a "save" by rescue require an approved Clause 16d exemption and must be made in writing by emailing [email protected]. We welcome pickups on Sundays (if the animal is clear to go), but as the office is unattended all formalities need to be finalised with RF by Saturday.

Interstate Rescues | Interstate rescue is welcomed by known and approved organisations. No Clause 16D exemption is required. All saves must be made in writing by an approved representative emailing [email protected].

All pickup and transport arrangements are the responsibility of the individual rescue organisation. At times we may be able to hold dogs until transport arrangements are made - please discuss direct with Renbury.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON POOCH NOTES

We cannot guarantee the age, breed or temperament of any animal listed. All information below should be used as a guide only. Some dogs cope better than others in a pound environment, they can also react outside the norm purely based on their current confusing predicament, and they may also react differently towards different people. During their stay their behaviour will either improve from arrival, stay the same or deteriorate. Our comments and observations of a dog in this pound environment may be completely different to a dog in a home situation, and this can result in an animal being overlooked. If you have any specific questions or concerns then please contact Renbury Farm and speak to staff/their daily carers for more information.

2. TO HONOUR ANY PLEDGES / DONATIONS PLEASE CONTACT THE RELEVANT RESCUE GROUP ONCE YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THE ANIMAL IS "SAFE AND IN CARE" WITH THE RESCUE IN QUESTION. CONTACT DETAILS CAN BE FOUND ON THE MAIN RENBURY WEBSITE UNDER "RESCUE GROUPS". IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE FINDING THIS INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT RESCUE LIST FOR ASSISTANCE.

Alphadog AnimalArmy Rescue Inc, based out of Canberra, are heading into the controlled fire zones to help get out native wildlife, livestock and domestic animals. They've put a call out for blakets, towels and cat cages. Renbury Farm is acting as a collection point for them this week (they're collecting on the weekend). I know they would greatly appreciate the donation.
