I saw some the other day, just had to remember where. Just did a search on a few site and I think I found it.
Half way down the page, I'm not sure if this is what you're after.

Is anybody who has bought from topbuy able to comment on what they think of their dog agility equipment (for backyard purposes obviously ) please? Thanks!
Cheers!

Some universities offer "Bachelor of Behavioural Science" degrees, which are very broad but you can major in animal behaviour.
Having done one animal behaviour subject at uni (I did a biology course), I must say it was one of my favourite subjects - just really interesting. Though, I don't think it's best to do a uni course if you want to focus specifically on dog training/psychology?

Hi,
I've seen this before, and have been tempted to buy it - it's also available here http://www.thinkgeek.com/geektoys/science/adca/ (not Australian). I've bought some really funky stuff from www.thinkgeek.com before, they are reliable and have international shipping if you want to buy from there - you may even feel tempted to buy this http://www.thinkgeek.com/electronics/camer...otography/afbc/ at the same time hehe .
Cheers!

Hi,
Poodlefan, I'm from W Sydney - is it mainly ANKC around there (or mainly ANKC everywhere )?
The only piece of equipment that I'd really worry about is the weaves as it can make quite a difference to some dogs.I would also have a think about the AF, depending on the drive/build of your dog. I don't do ADAA so it's an easy choice for me.
Hmmm... OK cool weaves main concern, good to know!
About the AF, do you mean a high drive dog and a smaller build (or maybe a larger build??) wouldn't have as much trouble on the (slightly?) harder ADAA frame compared to a lower drive, larger (or smaller???) build.
Out of curiosity, why do some people stick to just ADAA or just to ANKC? I actually mistakenly thought most would do a mix since, well, it's all agility *shrugs* .
Thanks muchly!

Hello,
If you were to buy an A-frame/dogwalk/seesaw/tunnel, what agility code would you pick for it to comply to and why? (or does it not make much difference? - I hear ADAA can be harder). Thanks!

Hi guys,
I'm trying to make some PVC agility equipment and I need 3 and 4 way PVC connectors. Because of my lack of ability to describe exactly what I need, could you please take a look at them in the photo (caption "necessary PVC connectors") on this webpage (that is unrelated to agility equipment) - http://www.ehow.com/how_5228124_build-simp...creen-yard.html. I am referring to the 4 way connector in the second column of the photo and 3 way connector in the 4th and 5th column in the photo. I hope those of you who have made PVC agility equipment know what I mean.
I tried bunnings... plumbing shop... electrical shop... *shrugs*. The connectors seem to be quite rare (or non-existant ).
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Cat

I got a tunnel from Air dogs for $130. http://www.airdogs.com.au/agility/home.php?cat=250. Not one that you could leave outside but it is fairly portable.
Hello guys,
Thanks everybody for your help! Strangely enough I couldn't work out how to find this thread or see who answered and so I gave up... things came up as they usually do and now I'm back to trying to find equipment and getting started on agility again and now I have found the thread I started months later when browsing around HAHAHA shows how computer savvy I am. I'm going to try that plasticoat place - thanks for that suggestion Mel sounds great. Can you post a link to the type of thing you buy for the weaves on ebay mel as the link you previously posted for the item has expired (obviously by now ) so I can't see what it was... or maybe I'll pm you if I work out how to do pm!
Thanks sorry for not responding ages ago!!!

Hello everyone,
I'm just starting out at agility and was looking for relatively cheap (2nd hand is fine) practice 'backyard/park' equipment that somebody may want to sell? I need to be able to move the equipment around easily without help, and it'd be great if it can be pulled apart and stored away easily. I am incapable of making my own jumps etc - I'm just bad at that kind of stuff! Would anyone have anything for sale? Jumps, tunnels, weaves, see-saw... the list goes on!
On another note, what do you recommend practicing flyball swimming turns on - at the moment I have an old wooden board leaning on a few bricks I stacked up... it's not the most stable thing. Maybe somebody out there has an inexpensive alternative?
Many thanks!

Ooo this is exciting, my first post...
If anybody has a second hand bungee chook and/or the home alone of a size suitable for an approx 20 kg Belgian Shepherd please pm me! As with other people, I'd buy it new if I was certain that my lovely girl would use it.
The cheapest I've found for them new so far is at www.ozpetshop.com.au - has anyone found cheaper?
Cheers!
