For the people that Artemis doesn't suit, what do you use now?

How old/active is your dog?

he is 7 months atm. Activity level is probably 1 - 1.5 hour walks everyday ( some running too) , i don't wanna make him work to hard because of joints and development.

What breed? That's a hell of a lot of exercise for a growing pup.

the running was included with the walks. and the 1.5 hour walk is broken up during the day. is that still too much? Breed is a Rottweiler. my signature is a photo of him. do u think i should stop exercising him that much?

Ask in the Rottie thread but it does seem a fair bit. I'd be leaving him on the Artemis Medium/Large breed puppy for a while yet.

Cheers. yeah ill probably leave him on Artemis M/L his half way through his second bag now. he is doing very good on it but i thought maybe he could do better on something else thats why i wanted to try it.

I have one of my dogs, Zoe, on a little Artemis and rest raw, my little bulldog though I have just found out is allergic to chicken and turkey, the 1st 2 ingredients of Artemis Fresh Mix (no wonder he didn't do well on it ) Zoe is quite happy eating Artemis, good coat, energy and poo

Good to hear that everyone is pleased with Artemis, ill be sticking with it.

Well, it's probably not a great help, but I started by girl on Artemis Power two days ago. It is obviously too early to tell how she'll go, but she's been pretty enthusiastic about it. She is not a dog to go nuts over dry food so I was rather pleased.

I was just about to buy a big bag of EP Holistic which I was quite happy with (and my dog liked it well enough) but then I got some Artemis samples in the mail and tried them so I look forward to seeing how it goes. I will buy a big bag of this instead I think, all going well over the next week or so. It seems like a great food (as was the EP), I just have to wait and see how it goes for my girl.

Edit - I can let you know how we go a little bit down the track if that is at all helpful.

sure let me know, i wanna know as much as a i can learn about artemis. so far, so good. Another good thing is they sell it right next to where i live.

Sorry i feed raw as thats what dogs like.

I feed Artemis in the morning and raw in the evening. i Mix it up.

i just started my second bag and he likes it and all but just wanted to make sure what everybody else thought about it. i guess i made the right choice then, i was a bit unsure at first because not many people know what Artemis is and they look at me like im feeding him some cheap dog food so i thought ill check with everyone on here.
