Thanks for all of your suggestions so far! We have a couple of extra places to look. Generally (based on experience), groomers are paid $20-$30 per hour. I guess this is why a lot prefer to work for themselves rather than for someone else. We might need to look at training someone as suggested. We are located in Fairfield, VIC :-)

I am brand new to this forum, and interested to get your ideas. We have a new business running and require an experienced groomer. After many ads, we cannot seem to find someone who is experienced. We are located about 10km out of Melbourne. Any ideas on where we could look for someone?
