  1. Following the hugely successful day we had with Boyd last year, the GSDCV is pleased to announce that Boyd is returning again this year, with more great information and more great dogs.

This is a heads up, so you can all mark Saturday the 15th October in your diary. Tickets will be reasonably priced, at $70 per head, including morning and afternoon tea.

Bookings are not open yet. More details to follow soon...watch this space.

    Cheers...Julie Urie

  4. Hi Nekhbet,

'Expanding Working Capabilities' and 'Increasing Drive' are topics which would apply to a range of activities, including ANKC and IPO training. For those who are interested in IPO, there is no reason why questions on this can't be asked, if they are relevant to the discussion.

Thanks to those who have already booked their place, it should be a great day.

    Cheers

    Julie

  5. Hi All,

We would like to invite you to our 2013 seminar with Steve Austin as our guest speaker. Since having Steve here in 2011, we have received many requests to bring him back to Melbourne. He returns this year with completely different subject matter and no doubt even more entertaining anecdotes.

Please feel free to distribute the attached information to anyone you know who may be interested.

We hope to see you there.

    Regards

    Julie Urie

  7. I show GSD's (20 years)and agree with Vehs. The only tools I use on their coat is a metal comb or single rake. Buy a good quality comb, with teeth spaced fairly wide at one end and closer together at the other end. I find bristle brushes and pin brushes virtually useless on the GSD coat. They skim over the top and make the dog look as if it has been groomed, but they don't get down into the undercoat.

  8. Thanks PP...will look out for it in the mail. Anticipating a great day.

    See you there

    Julie

I'm sure it will be a great day. We had Vicki for a workshop at the NDTF course and really enjoyed it and learnt a lot.

Yes PP, Vicki is very good...we're all looking forward to it. There are still places left if anyone here hasn't booked yet.

    Cheers

    Julie
