    Lump on puppy's head

    Hi 

    Our gorgeous 12wk old English Springer Spaniel pup Hugo has developed a lump on the top of his head. It sits quite high & about the size of a 20cent piece, we first noticed it after some rough play with our older dog but it doesn't seem to be going down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  :confused:
