Rysup, have a chat to Steve (K9 Force) he will tell you all you need to know about training with the prong and how to make sure your Amstaff doesnt get "collar smart" (so she can wear her flat collar and still behave).

Speaking from experience, done properly, the prong really is a lifesaver

Hey Sue, long time no speak ;) Yeah, the new pup is keeping me busy. The pen is brilliant. It is 3 joined together.

I think i may get a few more though. Great for blocking off gardens as well.

Willow - i got mine from Bunnings in Rockingham, they have them in stock most of the time.

Probably wouldn't bother ringing though, i phoned and was told they had none, went down the next day and they had 4 Best to go have a look in your nearest store if you can.

Sammy, with getting Levi to stay on his mat - the way i did it with Ella was to tell her to go to bed, give her a treat and then say stay. EVERYTIME she moved off that bed i put her back there straight away and told her to stay. Have a release word for him when he is allowed to get off then reward.

It took a few days and one long session of being locked outside for being cheeky and now Ella will stay on her bed no problems. Levi will probably take a bit longer being younger.

Oh, it helps to have a collar on him that makes noise so you dont have to be in the same room all the time but can hear if he's trying to sneak off

Aloveen for us too I think it smells lovely. Especially the conditioner!
