Form Confusion

Do you have to send in your qualifying cards to Dogs Vic when applying for performance titles?

The form says only if interstate but I read on the web page originals need to be provided.

Also do you need to send in your pedigree papers?

Pedigree papers yes.

Qually cards no.

eta - photocopies also not required. As I understand it, Dogs Vic have a record of qualifications gained and would only ask for the cards if what you put on the form didnt match their records.

Must be the time for doing them! I'm doing all mine now.

You need to send in the title application form, the original pedigree papers. (I take photocopies of what I send them.)

You only need to send in the passcards if they were gained interstate.

Clubs are required to send in marked catalogues so they have all the records anyway.

Hope this helps!
