Halo Microchip Scanners

Some of you may already be aware of the Halo Microchip Scanners that have been really well accepted all over Australia.
The reason for this post is to ask if our RaceCheck Scanner would be of any benefit to dog clubs etc.
Basically, the RaceCheck looks just the same as any other Halo but as you may have guessed by the name, it was originally designed to be used in the racing industries.
Currently, the RaceCheck is being used by Racing Clubs, Stewards and Trainers etc all over Australia to confirm the identity of a horse or other animal by scanning the microchip.
The scanner is able to store up to around 90,000 names and microchip numbers so that stewards and other officials are able to identify the animals name to ensure that there's no "ring ins".
One of the applications that I feel may be worth considering is for breed clubs to keep a register of all member's dogs based on their microchip number and list other information such as Breeder's Prefix, Dog's Name and DOB etc.
Obviously, I'm not at all familiar with dog breeding and showing etc and I just wanted to put it out there to see if it may be useful for the breeding and showing fraternity.
