    Columbus

What a gorgeous Chap. So sorry for your loss Rozzie, as J said, whatever time we have them for, it never is nearly enough. RIP Columbus
  2. I felt sick when i read this story. That poor little dog I dont understand why you would leave a small dog chained up at night outside, for whatever reason. RIP little one

  6. That really is very sweet Nothing like waking up with a paw in your face !!
  7. Disgusting No other word for it. And to think, she is a principal responsible for overseeing the education of young minds...

    Tango

Powerlegs that photo just broke my heart - what a gorgeous little soul. I can only imagine, yet feel, your pain. Rest easy now Tango
  9. That was lovely - thanks for sharing Agree Persephone - the Philip Glass music is lovely, as is all of his work !!
  10. Saw this on the news this morning - one very happy dog and owner So lovely to see these stories out of such an horrific event
  11. Very emotional episode - especially as it is a story that all on DOL followed so closely at the time. I had told my OH about the terrible fire and of Jed's truly brave and miraculous recovery, and he too watched the show last night and was touched by the story. Jed - your heroism at the time was amazing, but understandable due to the strong bond you have with your dogs. One of the things i and my OH commented on was the beautiful condition they were all in, and their friendly disposition, despite the trauma they had been through - a real credit to you. Recovering from burns is a long and hard road... I wish you all the very best for a continued recovery. You so deserve a long, healthy and happy life. :)
  12. What a horrible story Poor Sally looks quite traumatised in that photos - healing vibes to her.
  13. Such sad news - his owner must be devastated. RIP dear Koko You will be remembered by so many .
  14. Saw this on the news last night and it left me feeling sickened. The poor man still looked a little shaken , and I am sure the dog would have experienced shock. You would think that a 50 year old would know better - a fine example this ' man' is setting for perhaps a younger family ( ie grandkids etc ). It was reported on the news that after being twirled by his lead, the little dog ended up in the canal and was rescued from the drain . Very luck little fluffer. Healing vibes to both the old man and Buttons ( the little dog )
