just 2 weeks away, anyone want to come along and promote your rescue group???
-
just want to keep this in your minds
-
while it is for residents of Penrith LGA, we will accept anyone who shows up, the more the merrier
-
come along to the day, bring all your unmichrochipped animals and promote your group.
The more the rescue names get out there the more the general public think about pound dogs and not pet shops or breeders
PM me for details
-
could someone please PM with the details of their kennels, where are they

Hi Everyone
Penrith Council next free microchipping day is on Saturday 2nd March 2013 at Jamison Park
The public are invited to bring dogs on leads and cat in cages between the hours of 10am-2pm
If you wouild like to come along and promote your group please PM and let me know.
Thanks
Beth

i am very sorry for your loss, it a terrible and very negligent thing to do
could someone please PM the name of the groomer as i do not want to take a chance of using them
-
None if it will
all it will do is legalise puppy farms and make it easier for backyard breeders to sound official.
there is very little in the paper that is good
everything is going to cost more and there will be less responsible animal ownership

just in case anyone is interested

Nic.B
ask Kellie at the pound to put you in contact with Beth PCC
If they are not abiding by the 16D then would the person who has proof please report them?
I am not able to comment much on this, though steps have been taken. It appears it is quite a process.
If anyone is able to offer legal advice or has experience with the DLG regarding a clause 16d it would be greatly appreciated.
-
I have asked before...can anyone provide me with proof of breaches with their 16D? i asked before but no one had any proof
-
when I worked in sydney rescue, we had a guy we refered people too, he would catch the possum, mend the roof and install a possum box in nearby tree , he charged a fee , but people were always happy with him , I can see if I still have the number if you like
Hi, can you PM his details...i have a friend with the same problem
-
I can tell you now....the DLG does not make those sort of comments. I am in a position to know, the most they would say is that it is up to the individual councils legal teams to decide these issues.
-
once the animal has passed it impounding due date, then they do become council property and they can do what they want with the animal.
-
i could possibly do this on the saturday
Anyone in the Liverpool/Bankstown/Campbelltown area?
Please PM me if you can check the home's suitability for a large-breed puppy.
Cheers,
Janey

Had a meeting with some of the taskforce and the DLG today and they urge all interested parties to put in a submission.
It is really important
