  1. To JulesP and Dav-o (and Great Dane Rescue) Firstly, apologies for taking all day to get back onto the forum. It is my understanding that the "meat & meal" encompasses the grass fed beef and lamb. At least that's how I interpreted it. But I agree that it needs clarifying and Holistic Pet Foods will seek a written statement from SPs as to what's what. When I receive that, I'll advise.
  2. Hi Pet Food Reviews. I'm Jennifer Lawrence, rep. for Holistic Pet Foods which distribute Sunday Pets and Canidae in Australia. I have a long history in pet nutrition but importantly am a dog person (Tholia ESSs and in a former life Groundswell Dobes) with - like a lot of peeps on this forum - an enquiring mind. I'd like to take this opportunity to point to the description "grass fed" pertaining to the lamb and beef proteins. I'd also like to point out the list of ingredients and the percentage thereof that's in Sunday Pets formulas. I've never seen a company (marketing in Australia) that's willing to do this. Ten points from me in the transparency stakes. Cheers
  3. Hi. No, no other sizes between small and large. can see a need for a mid sized bag for seniors, I'll ask the question.
  4. Hi BC Crazy (love Nahrof BCs btw). No time limits on loyalty redemption, I can appreciate the time limitations.
  5. Hi. Just letting you know that Sunday Pets has undertaken a loyalty program - buy 8 to receive one free. Loyalty "envelopes"' either are being distributed to retailers or will be in the near future. Please note retention of bar codes is a must to redeem the freebie. Cheers, Jennifer
  6. Interested to read of your experiences with Sunday Pets and how your dogs are going. Of course, I've had my Springer trialling it: she's taking longer to eat and chewing which is good. The results at the other end are pretty good also. Re the coprophagia issue I mentioned a while back, I've been talking to a couple of retail clients and may have one or two dogs to recruit for a "very unscientific" trial.
  7. I've found a couple on the website too. Which, by the way, has had a refurbish so should now be easier to handle.
  8. Just to expand on my coprophagia post, there's been some discussion outside of this group re the potential benefit of Sunday Pets for coprophagia given that it appears to be highly digestible. And, accordinfg to my vet anyway, the "poor" digestibility of a food could be one problem (that and too many or two few "vitamins"). Anyway, I was playing around with doing a very unscientific "trial" hence my question. Idea hasn't gotten any further though. :-)
  9. Does anybody here have a dog that exhibits coprophagic behaviour?
  10. I'm finding that site speed has improved markedly but if there are any questions feel free to throw them this way. Or to Holistic Pet Foods.
  11. And for those Melbourne-ites, 4 Paws & More stocks Sunday Pets in both their Sunbury and Gisborne stores. :-)
  12. For anybody living on the central coast of NSW, Superpetz Warehouse (formerly My Pet Warehouse) will have a supply of Sunday Pets. Both small and large bags. Thanks for the feedback thus far. It's proving popular with retail but early days.
  13. Hi. Here I am. Happy to respond to any questions just can't be on here all the time. :-)
  14. Not my intention to be patronising, just trying to state what's known of our olfactory sense.
  15. Hi. Thought your comment interesting re Sunday Pets aroma. Plus comments from others saying that they didn't find it so. Think that we all "smell" things differently; depends on our genetic makeup apparently. I certainly haven't found it so but hey, we're all different. Here's some info. that I found useful ... http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/releases/4167.php
  16. Hi. That was me. :-). Good to see the interest that flowed from what was an "advertisement" and, as such, rightly deleted by the powers that be. ;-)
  17. The Sunday Pets range available in Australia includes the grain free range plus Deliganics and Raw Chow.
  18. I will when it arrives. Supply issues. Hi guys. Just wanted to quickly chime in to say I'm pleased to hear the positive feedback. Also to advise there is absolutely NO (not yelling, emphasizing) "supply issues". And you heard THAT straight from the horse's. Cheers Then I must have imagined the email I got from the online supplier (Paws for Life) saying there was a delay in dispatching it due to "stock availability" and that they had been liaising with their supplier and expected a new delivery next week. What's with the attitude? I'm not dissing the product? I'm looking forward to trying it. No "attitude"', just wanted to be clear that there's no problems witn supply from my company's point of view. Having said that, perhaps one should consider the point of view of a retailer; i.e. Wise in these times to ensure there's enough customers out there before they take on a new product? Good to hear you're keen to try out something new.
  19. I will when it arrives. Supply issues. Hi guys. Just wanted to quickly chime in to say I'm pleased to hear the positive feedback. Also to advise there is absolutely NO (not yelling, emphasizing) "supply issues". And you heard THAT straight from the horse's. Cheers
  20. Someone mentioned naturalpetstore dot com. Also, The Petshop Boyz in Newcastle, Petfood Plus in Sydney's south west, boomerangpetfood dot com, My Pet Warehouse in Sydney. Also Dural Pet Superstore. Think it's listed on the Paws4life site too. Not everyone will have everything but it can be ordered in.
  21. Know from practical experience that many small breeds suffer dental probs. And from talking to their owners it seems that they're always fed a "soft" diet. If the aforementioned owners can be educated, perhaps a food such as Sunday Pets could help control decay and disease? At least it seems palatable enough to be consumed! If those same small dogs were left to forage for themselves, I daresay any number of chunky things would be eaten.
  22. Hi. Sorry but don't know of any plans for a grain free large breed adult. Will ask the question though. Do you normally feed your large breed to 18months or so?
  23. A senior formulation in either grain free or Deliganics is available in 1.5k or, as you've discovered I think, 11.81k.
