  2. Hello, I have a 1yo English cocker spaniel that will not stop scratching. She has been on antibiodics and then weekly washes with PHOHEX medicated shampoo and it has not stopped her. Is this something that is common and could anyone suggest some ideas. I have clipped her short as well. She is loosing lots of hair as well but I don't know if this is normal for the breed. Thanks Vicki

  5. Hi, I have a 16 week old English Cocker Spaniel who needs a bit of a trim. I have rung a few dog groomers and I don't like the idea of having to drop my dog off for up to 6 hours just for a haircut. does anyone know of a good mobile groomer or a parlor where I can wait while she gets her trim? I live near maroochydore QLD. Thanks Vicki
  6. Thanks for all the advice, I am now feeding her 4 meals a day. She had her Vet check today and that went very well so that was good. Thanks again Vicki

  8. Thanks, Don't worry I know its not her fault I just want to know I am cleaning up after her in a way that wont attract her back to the same place. I have heard there are some sprays like one called Piss odd but I don't know if they work or not. Vicki
  9. Hi Guys, I was wondering what I should do to clean up wee on the carpet? Is soapy water ok or is there a good spray or something anyone can suggest? Thanks heaps Vicki
  10. Thank you all for your help, She was supposed to come home at 8 weeks but the owner had to go away for a funeral and was taking the dogs to someone elses house so she said it might be better to take her early than having to move her round. I just took her word for it. She is on Eukanuba dry soaked in hot water and regular mince, no puppy milk. thanks for all the help Vicki
  11. So I bought Shana home yesterday but I don't know how often to feed her and should I give her puppy milk? She is 7 1/2 weeks old. English Cocker if you cant tell by her pic. Thanks Vicki
  12. Thank you all for replying, I will ask the vet and breeder and go slowly from there. Vicki

  14. Hi, I am picking my 8 week old cocker spaniel puppy from the breeders in a week and I was wondering at what age or how long should i wait before I take her for a walk. I was doing some reading and a book said that I should wait at least 3 weeks and not before they are 12 weeks old . Also when I do start how long should the walk go for to start with? Thanks Vicki.
