Luckily it's the older dryer varity and I can get it out of her mouth most of the time.

Here's a tip tho - if you do take it from your puppy when on a walk

NEVER scratch your nose afterwards!!

Hello

Try using your Clone/Stamp tool (in left hand menu).

Select a brush size, Hold the ALT key down & select a part of the picture that will

blend into the background & click over the object you want to hide.

Its a bit hard to explain, when I don't know how much you know about Photoshop.

If you need help, I am more than happy to be of service.

Photoshop is one of my hobbies & I warn you it can become an addiction LOL
