  1. Oddly enough they have taken 1 payment out last month and this month but not for the other 3. I queried the payment last month and was told it was due to a new stem being installed but I'm still covered blah blah blah. Waiting on a reply via email, do t understand if it's a new system why they can still take a payment for 1 dog but not the other 3.
  2. As an example my gsd just cost me $4000 in February due to a fence injury I got it all back. I originally got the insurance because of the gsd when he was a pup as heaven forbid he ever get hd or the like and the money already paid would not even cover the costs. For me right now I will pay the insurance as it has more than covered my dogs over the last few years and I should add I haven't had the 4 dogs the whole time either so it hasn't cost me 200 a month for 6 years.
  3. I'm scared now. I currently pay just over $200 a month for 3 border collies and a gsd. There was no breed specific policy when I joined 6 years ago are you all saying they are now charging different prices depending on the breed? I have top cover for my guys. Tried to look AT&T heir website but it's currently down for maintenance.....50% increase shudder
  4. Sorry, my numpty mode switch is switched to on lately :-)
  5. From memory neither airline allow collapsible crates so check their policy about that too.
  6. Hello Can anyone recommend someone on the NSW South Coast who does hip and elbow X-rays? I m looking for someone with experience/specialist. Thanks in advance
  7. Yes. I had the plumber add a garden tap outside of the laundry when he was doing other work. All he had to do was drill a hole in the bricks and connect to the existing tap ware. I regulate how much hot and cold comes from the tap from the laundry taps inside. There is also a little knob that you turn to select whether or not the water is going to the laundry tub or garden tap. The tap is set at the same height at laundry taps so I just put dogs in the hydro and away we go, no bending up and down.
  8. Thanks everyone I appreciate the advice. Pups were totally weaned by 6 weeks, started weaning at 3 1/2 weeks.
  9. Hi Everyone I was hoping someone may be able to tell me how long it should take for my border collie bitch to get her pre whelping breasts/nipples back please? This was her (and my) first litter My girl whelped 6 months ago (6 puppies) and she is still very saggy, as in you can see them below the hair line/ Is there anything I should / should not be doing? Many thanks
  10. They remind you during the show to go and pay at the office. From memory it's about $7 a night. No power though other than in shower block
  11. The border collie on 7th is borders only I'm unsure if there are any other shows on in Sydney that weekend
  12. I did this with my pups and still do. They move away if too cold. I have kept a couple of pups and they are now 9weeks old but they still prefer the frozen water bottles to the aircon. When they were a few days old I started using the bottles and as they grew a couple would actually drape themselves over the bottles and would move away when cool
  13. Lots of puppy goodies arrived on my doorstep yesterday. 2 weeks from ordering to delivery....dare I go back for another look!

  15. I have to admit I've not bought from Cliff for about 18 months. Being told meat was picked up in the morning and delivered up my way in the afternoon from a refrigerated van........meat was badly off to the point the smell made me ill. Hubby took delivery of meat and it came in the back of his car. Lord knows how long it had been there for. I tried calling but never received a call back. I'm not surprised he has fallen on hard times it seems a lot of the meat delivered was off. It wasn't the first time for us. Certainly didn't feed it to my guys. Sad really.
  16. Mine jams and comes up with error 1 or 01 or even 09. I googled the error number and that's where I found the people with same issue. The Canon friend told OH there were big probs with a lot of them. Hopefully yours will stay trouble free. I was going to get the 1.4 but settled for the 1.8. I'd like a couple more lens as they are the only 2 I have.
  17. Yes that's what I thought to Kirislin about our jobs going. If he had said Japan I probably wouldn't have battered an eyelid. Ive read on some forums that with the lens the issue is the screws and or a cable which can be fixed for next to nothing, not that I would attempt a self fix. Just seems this lens was notorious for the problems and never did a recall. Oh well I shall send it off and see what they say, whether I pay for a repair or put that money to another lens ........ I hope they trust them CC and aren't doing it solely for money saving. Thanks, will report back on the outcome :-)
  18. I have to send my Canon EFS 17-85 lens in to be fixed. It has been coming up with an error for some time and I've been reluctant to do it for fear of the cost. Anyway it turns out very good friend of OH actually works for Canon so he asked said friend about it. I wasn't after a cheap fix just somewhere I could trust. Turns out Canon here in Sydney actually send all repairs to Malaysia now......I was quite surprised by this. Does anyone know of a Canon repairer that does the work here in Australia. Thanks.
  19. Also Kmart and bigw have the wire bike baskets. I paid $12 for mine
  20. I asked Sherel this a little while ago & she said yes they do, but you would need to contact Sherel direct at Black Hawk as they come from her. Fabulous thanks Sheena
  21. I've tried to do a search on this and have been unsuccessful, but, do BH do puppy/ breeder packs like other companies do?
  22. Yes bcs :-) I give them half a turkey neck twice a week and they are sloths....
