  2. Bath it with just cool water? or with his shampoo which epismooth? I wasnt sure if i could put it on him but will go have a look to see if i have some! I know iv got sudo cream would that help? Or dont bother? He a medium sized dog!
  3. Ash ran into a stinging nettle bush and now has a nasty red itchy rash under one of his legs I was wondering if anyone knew of something i am able to put on it to stop the itch an sooth it? He seems alright in himself but i think its quite itchy for the poor boy! Any help would be wonderful!
  4. Hey guys, I just wanted some advice and if anyone cold help that would be great! Ash is 6 months old and yesterday was unwell eg; being sick, sloppy poo, not eating. rang the vet an couldnt get in until about 6, she said keep an eye on him if he gets worse come straight in. About an hours later he was eating, drinking and back to normal. rang the vet an she said just keep an eye on him if he gets worse bring him in. anyways he is fine now wouldnt think anything is wrong. what i wanted to know is, he was due to be wormed an flead today with advocate, but im unsure if i should leave it a day or so ? jus to make sure it dosnt upset his tummy? sorry for the ramble an if anyone can hlep that would be great

When we got ash's needles the vet explained that sometimes a golf ball lump might appear in a week or so, she also said not to wrry to much unless it felt hot or he was finding it extremly itchy! so i would just say keep a eye on it an make sure it dosnt get hot! If so take him back to the vets :D its so stressful when something little happens to your baby!

  8. Thanks Jed! The vet wasnt to informative about it really and just said it will be fixed. Iv been looking on the internet about it but it has just brought up things about hernias in people so no real help to me! It dosn't cause him any troubles so im no to worried i jus wasnt sure how it was caused or what they did to fix it!
  9. Hi guys im new i was just wondering if anyone had an experience with a belly button hernia? My 13 weeks old eniglish staff has one and the vet said it will be removed/fixed when he gets fixed next month! Im just a bit unsure on what its caused from and what they will do to fix it? Any input or answers would be much appreciated! I jus want to make sure everything is done right for my little boy! TIA
