  1. Thanks for the advise, i have found a puppy pre school at southport for $8.00 a session and it runs every Monday night from 6.30pm to 7.30pm so i might join it when she receives her second vaccination. she has been running the kitchen and has had no accidents today. so that is good. i will go read the link now thanks for that
  2. Just a quick update tonight i growled at her when she was biting toes and she seemed to understand and stopped biting straight away this was suggested to me by some DOL people and it worked so thank you! it means a lot and she is obviously learning right from wrong. but will see how she goes now i know this behavior has got to stop. someone suggested puppy pre school would this benefit her and whats involved and the cost? 4. hi all, Thanks for all the advise it means a lot to me, i have also been letting her run inside and she usually takes herself to the toilet but as she has learnt to use the steps in the lounge room she keeps peeing and pooing in the lounge room on the carpet and i say no and she still hasn't listened to me but as a result i have put her into her create for time out! i know she is purebred as i seen both parents and previous pups from the parents and even my vet at the Animal welfare league says she is purebred , i know i should of probably reported her but i found her homes for all the puppies and when i seen my girl i just fell in love with her and had to have her she is beautiful, i have tryed the squealing every time she bites and she turns around and just barks at me, how much does it usually cost for puppy Pre school and what's involved i know she was taken too young but the lady just wanted them gone and the money but i do have chew toys and raw hides and plenty of toys for her to play and chew with and we take her out side every 2 hours and take her for drives in the car and plenty of socialization as my mother bought her brother they get to play with each other, and i live with my mother in law and she has a maltese and they play all day so she has company. thanks again! 5. Hi all, i am new to the forum and thought i would get some help. i have a 9 week old pure breed shih tzu and i have had her since she has been 5 weeks old, the lady wanted them re homed by then and just wanted the $$$ for the puppies. so i took her home and i have had her first vaccination done. from what i gather she was a back yard breeder the whole house was terrible she had the pups locked in the laundry with a sheet and food thrown on the ground with no bowls and they stunk full of urine. but the problem i am having is she won't stop biting we have tryed the firm NO and that doesn't work and we have a rolled up newspaper we hit on the ground that makes a loud noise and she still continues to bite and she even hangs on your clothes and bites them and she bites so hard sometimes she draws blood on your feet when we are out at the clothesline the whole time she rips and pulls at your toes and there is no way to stop her what can we do to stop her biting when she won't lisern? and she has lots of toys she has a bunny, chew toys, raw hides etc and she has free run of the house all day so its not like she is bored and is only caged at night in our room for sleeping any suggestions would be good. also i want to start walking her but should i wait to i have her second vaccination done at 12 weeks? i have been worming her every 2 weeks and the vet said i should worm her every 2 weeks and then when she is 12 weeks i only need to worm and heart worm her monthly is this correct? looking forward to your advice! thankyou supersize
