  1. We have been a very busy family, but we will be attending this one. Might be a bit late, we have a christmas party the night before and are crashing at someone elses place. List of dogs pip1981- Dakota and Tika Canine Friend - Dexter MavericksMission ~ Hector & Maverick Misha&Milo ~ Misha,Milo&Flash Lucycharzie ~ Charlotte Sharon~~ Sax and ?? Pointees - April, Alexis and Shaun Pointees father - Jack our Labrador, and probably Kiby our Stafford. Kiby will be in a different run most of the time, with the Pointers, Shaun and Jack. As much as I love her, and trust her with my guys, this is her first Kepala EVER, so dont want to risk anything. Even though I take her to offlead parks with my girls, she will be in a fenced area with other dogs. And she is ball obsessed like Charlotte. Walking her on lead is funny, as you look down and BAM she is carrying a stick! Ebony & Dean -~ bringing Neo and Ghi Ghi List of food pip1981- marinated chicken wings, fresh toss salad Canine Friend - sausages and bread MavericksMission ~ Probably Potato Salad & Something Extra Misha&Milo ~ BREAD ( ) Rissoles, snags, some type of salad, Savoury shapes and whatever else i think of Lucycharzie ~ Need to think! Not with it tonight to think what I can bring. Sharon ~~ chicken patties and salad probably some sort of sweet Pointees - Fairy bread & pigs ears. 2. I used to go to the Werribee Dog club when I lived in that area, and for the time I was there, they all seemed pleasant enough. Granted I was not there for long. I now attend the Sunbury Dog club (but I am naughty and haven't been for awhile) and I am also very happy with everyone there.
  3. Hi, I just joined the forum this week and have finally had a chance to start reading after my introductions . This is a great thread, and I will definitely be giving it a go. My little boy is very good with eye contact and has a very strong sit and wait time for his food. But I do like the benefits I can see on other levels in using this program, so I will definitely try it. Thanks for sharing K9
  4. I just checked the weather for Sunbury - Currently 42.7 °C - YUCK
  5. Mine too They hate water! We bought a clam shell last week, while our little boy happily gets in the dam at my Mothers and goes up to his chest and stands and drinks, he won't have anything to do with the Clam Shell. We dug it just above level ground level and put paver's around it but they won't hop in. We put them in when we get home and they will stand there looking at us with sad little faces. STRANGE We also have no choice but to leave our dogs outside, but we are lucky to have an area in between the house that is under cover and that we have added additional shade cloth to. This is where their pool is also. It is around the same temperature in there as in the house.
