  1. You mean choosing not to care for the dog anymore. Every post you write just shows a lack of understanding of your actions, and lack of caring and empathy for your dog. if i didnt care, i would have gotton rid of the dog long ago....shhesh!
  2. seriously I have not just thrown my dog in the backyard, I show her most weekends!!!!!!!!!!!!! I dont know why you are making such a big deal out of not being able to care for a dog anymore???...I could do so much WORSE than just ask for the breeder to pay for the dog LIKE I DID! If money isnt an issue WHATS THE PROBLEM???
  3. thanks Purdie, i will be calling the breeder tomorrow. I just find it funny how everyone goes on about money, saying that it shouldn't be about that, and good people dont care about the money but then why is it that breeders refuse to give money back??? if it isn't about money for them why would they hesitate in paying for their dog back or refunding deposits etc?? VERY HYPOCRITICAL!!!
  4. well we all cant live off hugs and kisses now can we?...and i said above in a different context. If I were a breeder, and it was my own puppy, money wouldn't be the issue, id refund, and guess what... I have! I have found out before, after people have paid me money that they weren't suitable and I have sent their money back, happy to get rid of them... i wouldnt be fighting over it because there are way to many good homes out there! so really if money wasn't important to this breeder...then she would pay for the dog, as I have done and then either keep her or sell her oh PLEASE tell me you are not a registered breeder - if you are, well yeh, I have bred Labs
  5. i don't know why it is so important about breed.....its a Rotti!

  7. "I would offer to buy the dog just to get it out of there... " well it does to me
  8.    Your words - and you roll your eyes at me by saying what you have you make out like I'm abusing my dog!
  9. no the "Bitch On Co-ownership breeding" was a question, but about a different situation
  10. all i was doing was checking if anyone else had this issue, and maybe got some ideas on ways to deal with it FIRST before contacting the breeder...there is nothing wrong with that. But i guess you all cant comment for her so will speak to her
  11. I havn't done anything wrong, I still have the dog but now I can't keep her; there is going to be alot more worse things happen in life!!...You speak like I have killed someone
  12. no I haven't spoken to the breeder, I asked a simple question and then got attacked
  13. his ear never came good, he is with my sister and doing well, thanks for asking
  14. umm this is about a different dog ... dont go jumping to conclusions
  15. I paid a deposit, then I was given the contract and only signed it because I wouldn't get my deposit back if I didn't sign it....there you go, signed under duress
  16. "A contract - of any sort - should be a fair and equitable "meeting of the minds", which means that it benefits both parties equally" "If a contract is biased toward the other party, you will have an easier time proving it was signed under duress"
  17. well I did, but I didn't know she was like that. so you are saying you bought her as an adult with these behaviours all ready ingrained but didn't know it or are you saying you aren't going to tell others what the dog is really like? a young immature dog, is just that, she has really high drive, its normal, but I cant deal with it right now and either can my neighbours
