  1. Hi everyone just wondering what the best program is to use. preferably one I can download free rather than buy. Thank you!
  2. Hi Poodiful1. Im not going to sit here and 'Bully' you. But I would like to try and change your opinion on Bull breeds. Yes I do own an APBT. I am also a member of another forum where a member was worried that his dog was displaying signs of human aggression, he had no idea why because he has adopted her from a shelter. Im not going to try and 'ram' the deed not breed thing down your throat but I am going to copy and paste my reply to the thread from the other forum. Please take the time to read it and come to your own conclusion as to why my dog WAS the way she was. So I suppose in your opinion Bailey would be classed as a 'RED ZONE' case and that I as an average dog owner would be unable to 'fix' her. Also you may be disturbed to know I am only 22 years old, which many would class as inexperienced. Well I beg to differ. I probably know more about 'pit bulls', BSL and all the 'bells and whistles' than you do Poodiful1. However saying this Bailey is my learning curve, Il never know it all as she teaches me new things every day. Oh and also if your ever in S.A. and would like the chance to meet one of these 'dangerous dogs' Im sure Bailey and I could oblige, then you could meet a real 'dangerous' cuddle bum. Im NOT a dickhead owner and Bailey is not my dog because I want her as an ego extension, which seems to be the 'cool thing' these days. She came to me under the saddest circumstances. She is probably 90% better than she was at the start of this year BUT that wasn't in here blood or genes or whatever. She was made that way by a poor excuse of a human being. SIMPLE.
  3. Hi all, I have an APBT X with some behavioural issues so am after a temporary dog run (that can be moved) to help prevent her from hurting herself. If you have one or know of someone with one for sale, please let me know. Cheers
  4. Hi all Im new here although I have been lurking for awhile. I will intro myself later today :D For the moment though............ Took my girl Bailey for a drive this morning whilst it was still cool outside. Stopped at the local pet park for a swim in their doggie hydro pool and as I went to get her out the car.....SHE HAD A NOSE BLEED! Now she hasn't knocked it on anything and this is the first time she has had one. There wasnt a lot of blood and it only lasted a few minutes. Has anyone elses dog had one? What can I do to stop them from occuring? What causes it? Also looked up nose bleeds and its appears it mainly comes from trauma, repeated sneezing caused by allergies, foreign bodies in the nose etc, nasal mites, dental abscesses, Erlichiosis disease, exposure to poison or feeding them too much aspirin. Well Bailey doesnt have mites, foreign body (that I can see), hasnt been subjected to poisons and hasnt been sneezing. All of the above causes where based on a dog that has regular nose bleeds. For the time being I am keeping a close eye on her to see if it comes back. Cheers in advance.
