I have a similar issue , my wonderful vet passed away suddenly from motor neurone desease. Since then the other owner took charge who I never liked , he upsells and treats you like an idiot. He told me once I would kill my dogs feeding raw as he pushed their food . All the other vets there are new and young and are clueless. They constantly leave the room to “ go consult with a colleague “ . The only upside is they are well equipped with their own ultrasound machine .

When you buy a dog it’s upto you to check the breeder does the right health checks for that breed , if you don’t that’s the risk you take . 

Your wasting your time with the breeder she doesn’t have to do anything the pup wasn’t sold with any health guarantee.

Find out who they are registered with , council means nothing it’s like you being registered to pay your rates . 

Unless it has pedigree papers it could be a crossbreed , there’s no proof . 

Why do you want to breed ? Pounds are full of Staffies , are you going to take back any pups owners decide down the track they don’t want ? 

If she is a foster have the rescue not offered behavioural help with a trainer ? 

She is going to be a liability if you don’t get help . 

What do you mean by health check on parents ? All hereditary tests done for breed ?
