  1. He's hyperactive, well aren't all 6 month old puppies! Very difficult to get a sharp photo of him, but I hope I did alright here. wolf by jqw1987, on Flickr
  2. Yea somewhere out in the ranges would be fantastic. I'd love to go bush walking with my pup!
  3. Oh I'd love to check out Warrandyte, especially some water for my pup to play in (if he likes, never been before). Stiggants Reserve looks good, I drive pass it twice a week at least. Day off tomorrow, might check it out!
  4. Yep, it's the sun! Small aperature and about 1/2000 sec exposure. Thanks everyone!
  5. I'm in North East too! A social event in Melbourne would be great, we can't all drive all the way to Kepala. Oh, I love the Hanging Rock idea too! .... Did I just contradicted myself with what I just said?
  6. Hi, I'm not sure whether it's appropriate to ask this question or make this comment on an forum, so please let me know if it's inappropriate here. I've been feeding my 16 week old Rottweiler the Pedigree Puppy Growth food since I got him from 8 weeks old. Recently I read else where that the Pedigree Brand really isn't a high standard food to feed our dogs. Something about the main ingredient is Corn, which is not natural food for dogs. Makes sense to me, especially I wouldn't think Rottweilers eat corn. At the moment I feel my Rottweiler 2 cups of the puppy food in the morning, and 2 cups in the evening plus 2 raw chicken wings. He's growing very fast and finishes his meals very fast too. Putting on over a kilo every week! Just wonder what you guys think about the brand and if there is a better brand of dog food out there that can be readily purchased over the stores in Victoria or even ordered over the internet. Cheers, James
  7. Hi everyone! This looks like a great idea! I would love to join you guys one day. Unforunately I already had plans for this Sunday, but I will definitely put this in my diary for next month. Anyways, just to introduce myself. My name is James, I'm very new to this forum (2 days). I'm a young recent Uni graduate in Biochemistry. I have a Rottweiler puppy, his name is Wolf and he's almost 16 weeks old. We started puppy school 2 weeks ago and he's learning at an amazing rate! Would love to bring him out to socialise more! He's doing pretty well as it is with our daily walks around the local parklands, a popular dog destination. Is there anywhere I can find out more about what you guys do on the day? I saw there is a swimming facility, is that what the pooches get to enjoy as they wish or is it extra? Hope to chat with you all soon! James
  8. Thanks! But the photo was taken in the afternoon. Underexposed by fast shutter speed.
  9. Ooooh....a photography topic! Yay! This is one of my personal favourite, straight from my camera. Sorry I realized just after I posted that it's a June photo challenge.
  10. Hi guys, I'm new to the forum, my first day! Always look foward to social events for my 15week old Rottweiler. Would love to join! James
