  1. Have already tried and they all said we'll talk about at a committee meeting. Some shows supporting Neuter in Vic coming up: Poodle Club of Victoria (March) Ovens Valley (April) Nonsporting Dog Club of Vic (July) Thats word for word from the one email I have got back so far. Is the Poodle club a specialty or all breeds show ? I will enter the other 2. Southern Cross K C is having one in october, as is the Keeshond Specialty (no good for a poodle though), so I expect everyone to be at these shows if we want more clubs to act on our complaints. For those who like to travel, Mount Gambier at Easter is also having Neuters. I know if I am working on those weekends, I will take holidays for those days to support these clubs. I am doing the Canberra Royal just to get my girl back in the ring, and thats just a Sweep !!!
  2. We have only had BOB so would love some competition for a Challenge. I have started Emailing and ringing all the clubs in Victoria to try and gain a few champ rounds. Might I say that I think it would help if more people done the same
  3. Ch. NCh Mijke Mustang Sally Just wanted to see what it looks like in print
  4. You are not the only newby here but talk to your breeder and get his / her help. You will have to get the registration papers off them, (must be on the main register) filled out on the back by them, and send in the certificate of spaying (a copy) with it to transfer the dog, but remember you only have 14 days from the "sale date" to do it. Or if you have not had it spayed, transfer the dog and register it as spayed once it is done. You will then get a new cert. of pedigree with sex stated as "Spayed" All this takes about 3 - 4 weeks in Victoria, I dont know about S.A.
  5. You wouldnt want to be holding your breath to get a title, let alone 1 point in Victoria. This state is sooooo far behind the rest of Australia. I would do better living in the Amazon somewhere I am sooooooooooo frustrated. I want to get out and make a fool of myself with my first few shows before my puppy comes along and we start playing for sheep stations I looked in the new Dogs Vic mag and still no class 18a for me here.
  6. I had a go too last night, but it doesnt stay there to add comments
  7. Dont forget impulse buying. Its there, its cute and I can take it home as a suprise to my OH OR Yes we are breeding soon, so we can have a puppy all going well in about 4 months for you. Ummmmm, I cant wait that long. I might change my mind and want a cat. better get that one in the pet shop
  8. Thats N.S.W. I presume. a little too far for me. Bummer :D
  9. I am still looking for an entire puppy so down here its a lot of miles for me to do a show
  10. I left a phone message as well, and still no reply. Talking to the Keez people, they informed me that there is spose to be a sweep for them, but I cant confirm Its just about closing for an entry I guess, I havnt got all the info
  11. If you go, at least we will have 2 in the group. BTW we met in Albury to clarify who I am
  12. Hi all, New here, and new to the ring. I intend to show my girl in the Neuter class. Being from Melbourne I guess my first will be Mt. Gambier 22-23-24 October. Bit of a drive, but the closest I can find. Canberra on 20-21 Nov is the next closest. People wishing to be involved with getting Neuter Class Rolling. Bilbo Baggins (VIC) Bilbo Baggins Junior(VIC) Aziah (NSW) Capanash (VIC GoldenWei (NSW) Jilldog (NSW) LoTTy (TAS) leopuppy04 (VIC) Tollersowned (VIC) Keesit (VIC) I suggest we start making phone calls to clubs to see what we need to do to get them to run a neuter class in there next shows. I'm going to try and contact Lancefield (end of Dec) and see how we can make it work. We need to start NOW becasue schedules need to be in 6 months b4 shows (I think) so we are really looking at Jan 2011 shows to try and change.
